Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@raeandtayco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
